Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied IT operations experience.
• Experience using AI capabilities to support production operations with data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted incident recommendations before action.
• Experience managing applications or infrastructure in large-scale environments (on-prem and cloud).
• Proficient in observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk on AWS).
• Hands-on with scripting languages (Python/Java).
• Hands-on with Kubernetes or container orchestration.
• Experience ITIL incident, problem, and change management.
• Understanding infrastructure cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end application and infrastructure service delivery to enable operations.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance to ensure stability, availability, and performance across on-prem and cloud.
• Execute ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Analyze complex incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure closure.
• Monitor production environments with observability tools and communicate resolutions.
• Design automation to reduce manual toil and improve support workflows.
• Lead adoption of enterprise AI capabilities to speed incident triage with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Apply reuse-first AI practices to identify recurring interruptions and validate remediations.
• Collaborate with developers, business users, and global teams to improve user experiences.
