Job summary

Christ Fellowship is seeking a Production Systems Engineer to oversee the Production (audio, video, lighting) technical infrastructure across campus locations. You will ensure systems operate at peak performance for each program and campus.

You will identify and resolve incidents, configure LED video walls, maintain network connectivity, and support AVL upgrades. The role requires hands-on maintenance and coordination with vendors and programming staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve incidents involving audio, RF, video, lighting, and networking.
• Configure LED video walls and processing.
• Maintain device network connectivity and IP organization.
• Integrate system upgrades and expansions.
• Research AVL equipment and proposals for campuses.
• Maintain engineering drawings for each project and location.
• Maintain contingency inventory and deploy equipment.
• Monitor technical systems for stability and perform preventative maintenance.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and monthly expense reports.
• Attend scheduled programming and review meetings.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Systems Engineer at Christ Fellowship manages the Production (audio, video, lighting) based technical infrastructure across all campus locations, and ensures that system performance is optimal for each application.

JOB DUTIES:

• Identify and resolve incidents involving audio, RF, video, lighting, communications, networking.
• Configure and maintain LED video wall displays and associated processing.
• Maintain device network connectivity, IP tables, and IP organization.
• Integrate new systems upgrades and expansions.
• Research equipment and develop proposals that pertain to AVL projects at different campuses.
• Maintain engineering and one line drawings for each project and location.
• Maintain contingency inventory and deploying equipment.
• Monitor technical systems to ensure its stability and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Administrative duties such as reconciling vendor invoices and monthly expense reports.
• Attend scheduled programming and review meetings.
