Job summary

Christ Fellowship is seeking a Production Systems Engineer to manage the Production (audio, video, lighting) based technical infrastructure across all campus locations, ensuring optimal system performance for each application.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, LED wall maintenance, network upkeep, and system upgrades. A Bachelor’s degree and strong AVL/IT knowledge are required, with CTS/ETCP certifications a plus. Full-time salary with reporting to Engineering Director.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in CS, EE, IT, or related field.
Thorough knowledge of production-based electrical systems.
Experience with audio, video and lighting systems.
Working knowledge of IT/network production protocols.
Familiarity with control systems such as Q-Sys, Crestron, Kramer.
Ability to read one-line drawings.
Safety certifications ETCP, ESTA, or USITT are a plus.
CTS/CTS-I/CTS-D credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and resolve incidents involving audio, RF, video, lighting, communications, networking.
Configure and maintain LED video wall displays and associated processing.
Maintain device network connectivity, IP tables, and IP organization.
Integrate new systems upgrades and expansions.
Research equipment and develop proposals that pertain to AVL projects at different campuses.
Maintain engineering and one line drawings for each project and location.
Maintain contingency inventory and deploying equipment.
Monitor technical systems to ensure its stability and conduct preventative maintenance.
Administrative duties such as reconciling vendor invoices and monthly expense reports.
Attend scheduled programming and review meetings.
Serve at scheduled CF events.
