Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of manufacturing technical experience, with SAP familiarity.
• Knowledge of manufacturing practices and processes.
• Experience with workforce administration (scheduling, attendance, payroll support).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and precision.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing SAP support and reconciliation for startup runs and end of round transactions.
• Ensure accurate production postings and timing.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Data entry updates to support uninterrupted operations.
• Own scheduling, attendance tracking, payroll inputs and PARs.
• Manage staffing coordination to ensure adequate coverage.
• Partner with plant leadership, planning, and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Train production staff on SAP usage and best practices.
• Stay updated on SAP developments and disseminate information.
