Job summary

You will adapt to changes, work in teams, and pursue continuous improvement, maintaining certifications and meeting throughput goals while preventing scrap. A High School diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience are preferred; machine maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related experience; more preferred.
• Previous machine maintenance experience is desirable.
• Complete all levels of available SFT training for related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adapts to changes in work plan, priorities and management decisions.
• Supports initiatives to improve productivity and reduce scrap or rework.
• Works cooperatively in team and cross-functional settings and shares information openly.
• Maintains up-to-date certifications and training; applies new requirements with minimal supervision.
• Manages workload to meet throughput goals while maintaining quality and safety.
• Follows quality policy, customer specs, and regulatory compliance; seeks quality improvements.
