Roles & Responsibilities

1. Set up workstations and hardware connections.
2. Maintain inventory records.
3. Organize the operation floor and storage areas.
4. Diagnose and repair equipment issues.
5. Perform initial hardware setup.
6. Deploy and update builds, firmware, OS, and images on platforms, PCs, and mobile devices.
7. Assist with floor planning and hardware/device allocation.
8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
9. Follow established departmental processes.
10. Document technical procedures and keep documentation updated.
11. Initiate research projects to enhance departmental knowledge.

Skill Set

• Entry-level position; candidates with 0-6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic to intermediate skills in PC/Windows installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of build installation and troubleshooting on Windows and Mobile platforms.
• Exposure to platforms beyond PC is a plus but not mandatory.
