Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH Company, is seeking a Production Support Specialist in the United States to support yard and plant operations. The role covers general cleanup, material handling, and safety compliance across shifts in a union environment.

Under supervision, you will learn plant processes, operate mobile equipment after training, and potentially move into other roles within the plant. The position reports to the Yard Supervisor and offers opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding warning labels, instructions and signs.
• Will be provided training; willingness to learn is required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate mobile equipment after training.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleanup and material handling under supervision according to policies.
• Comply with safety and environmental policies and regulations.
• Assist in maintenance, production, and/or shipping duties as relief for workers.
• Operate mobile equipment such as loader, bobcat, forklift, man lift, and dump truck.
• Learn plant operations and process flow of raw materials, gases, and finished products.
