The Opportunity

The role involves ensuring service availability and performance, troubleshooting application, network, and system issues, and communicating changes and upgrades across the company. You will also support other departments and maintain open communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills to handle client complaints, multitask efficiently, and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide remote first and second-level support for technical issues and service requests.
  2. Provision user accounts for Active Directory, email, and other applications.
  3. Perform administrative tasks like password and MFA resets.
  4. Monitor service desk queues and update users on ticket status.
  5. Conduct remote onboarding sessions for new hires using Intune and install necessary applications.
  6. Coordinate equipment requests and replacements with vendors.
  7. Create shipping labels for equipment return and track inventory levels.
  8. Assist with organizational improvement projects.
  9. Develop knowledge base articles for end users and support staff.
  10. Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, G-Suite, Windows 10/11, Mac, and iOS.
  • Experience with Jira Service Desk or similar ITSM tools preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and conduct pre-hire sessions confidently.
