Luma Financial Technologies in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a production support engineer to oversee incidents across our engineering and production environments. You will coordinate with Software, Infra, and Support teams to triage, diagnose, and resolve issues in real time, ensuring system stability and reliability.

Responsibilities include L2/L3 incident response, proactive monitoring with Datadog, RCA post-mortems, and supporting deployments, DR, and runbooks.

• Strong communication to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call schedule

Responsabilidades

• L2/L3 Incident Response: triage, investigate, and resolve production issues within SLA
• Proactive Monitoring: monitor system performance and logs using Datadog
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): lead post-incident write-ups and implement long-term fixes
• Deployment & Releases: assist with blue-green deployments, hotfixes, and maintenance windows
• Environment Management: maintain high availability across production, staging, and DR environments
• Database & Data Fixes: run safe SQL queries and data migrations when needed
• Automation: write scripts to automate repetitive tasks and log parsing
• Runbook Documentation: create and update runbooks and escalation guides
