Job summary

Metal Finishing Technologies, LLC is seeking a dedicated Production Support Coordinator to manage documentation from quotation to product delivery. You will interact with customers and assist purchasing to ensure smooth operations, while maintaining organized records and accurate data entry in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate works independently, is detail oriented, and communicates professionally with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience with manufacturing MRP systems is a plus.
• Ability to perform data-entry and documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase orders for accuracy.
• Print and organize production work instructions.
• Print shipping documents and invoices.
• Customer interfacing via phone and email.
• Manage reception area and assist visitors.
• Draft, format, and print relevant documents.
• Support purchasing requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
