Job summary

*** is seeking a Factory Program Manager to serve as the on-site representative at Foxconn San Jose. You will coordinate daily factory activities, support NPI builds and engineering experiments, and drive follow-through on shared priorities and open issues.

You will maintain the integrated schedule, coordinate onsite support, and escalate risks before they affect schedules. This is a ~6 month contract position requiring five days onsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hardware program management or factory operations experience.
• Onsite experience with a contract manufacturer in electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SMT/PCB assembly, testing and production ramp.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with tight schedules.
• Strong issue management and closure skills.
• Ability to communicate with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Proactive, structured approach to evolving processes and priorities.
• Willingness to work onsite at Foxconn San Jose five days a week for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination of activities at Foxconn San Jose, including NPI builds, DOEs, testing and failure analysis.
• Maintain integrated site schedule and master issue list with owners and due dates.
• Establish regular communications summarizing upcoming activities, onsite support, risks and decisions.
• Drive cross-functional teams to close actions and elevate issues when progress is at risk.
• Coordinate resources including technicians, lab equipment and floor space.
• Support build readiness by coordinating materials, equipment, and documentation.
• Ensure experiments and test results are documented and shared with engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve factory processes and site organization.
