Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. College education preferred.
• Knowledge in SAP system preferred.
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years in manufacturing/planning or in a similar role.
• Experience with production planning, forecasting, and capacity management.
• Production attainment and KPI monitoring.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working under pressure.
• Team-oriented and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-directed and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production floor schedules based on forecasts, inventory levels, yield, and capacity across production departments.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Monitor production attainment, inventory performance, and planning KPIs to support decisions.
• Serve as a key contact for internal/external customers, supporting communication and issue resolution.
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate requests to support interplant communication.
• Collaborate with supply chain partners and customers.
• Support warehouse and supply chain operations through process improvements and backup coverage.
• Work with Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage various areas.
• Manage SAP tasks (sales orders, inventory movements, materials management, goods issues).
