Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Production Supervisor - Wings in Georgia to oversee shift 1 operations, ensure procedures meet customer specs, and drive productivity and safety. You will train staff, plan manpower and materials, manage performance, and foster communication.

The role offers a base salary around $70,000+, with a discretionary bonus plan and benefits after 60 days. Applicants should have 1+ years supervisory experience, poultry/food industry background preferred, and the ability to work

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of previous Supervisory experience.
  • Poultry or food industry experience a plus.
  • Leadership skills with 20+ employees.
  • Effective communication orally and in writing.
  • Capable of independent decision making.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Must be able to work assigned hours/days including weekends as required.

Basic Skills & Qualifications
  • 1 or more years of previous Supervisory experience.
  • Poultryor food industry experience a plus.
  • Previous leadership skills with 20 or more employees.

  • Must have basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Must be able to work assigned hours/days - including occasional weekends - as required.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
