Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a frontline leader to oversee daily operations within our poultry production facility. You’ll ensure production targets are met while upholding safety, quality assurance, and efficiency, coordinating team duties, monitoring equipment and workflow, and enforcing health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ year supervisory experience with leadership of 20+ employees preferred.
• Skills: Effective communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, multitasking.

Job description

In this key role, you'll serve as the frontline leader overseeing daily operations within our poultry production facility. You'll ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance , and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor, you'll coordinate team du ties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace.

What You’ll Need

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1 or more years of previous s upervisory experience with leadership skills of 20 + employees preferred. P oultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Effective communication both orally and in writing, capable of independent decision making, must have basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
