Job summary

Pilgrim’s, a leading global food company, seeks a frontline supervisor at our poultry production facility to oversee daily operations on the production floor, coordinate team duties, monitor equipment, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will manage 20+ employees, provide coaching, and collaborate with other departments to drive improvements. Schedule: Monday–Friday; benefits after 60 days; base salary range stated.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years supervisory experience; 20+ employees preferred.
• Skills: Effective communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

In this key role, you'll serve as the frontline leader overseeing daily operations within our poultry production facility. You'll ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor, you'll coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Need

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience with leadership skills of 20+ employees preferred. Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Effective communication both orally and in writing, capable of independent decision making, must have basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
