Taylor Visual Impressions in Fenton, MO is seeking a hands-on Wide Format Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in UV printing, lamination, cutting, and hardware. This role requires actively overseeing workflow while driving operational excellence and on-time delivery.

The successful candidate will coach a production team, monitor metrics, and collaborate with Scheduling, Customer Service, Shipping, and other departments to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of leadership experience in production/manufacturing/printing or related environment.
• Experience managing labor, schedules, workflow, and production priorities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and production management systems.

Your Opportunity

Taylor Visual Impressions is seeking a hands-on Wide Format Production Supervisor to lead daily operations within our wide format production environment in Fenton, MO. This is a working supervisor role responsible for overseeing workflow through UV Printing, Lamination, Cutting, and Hardware operations while actively supporting production activities. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure on-time delivery, maintain quality standards, and foster a safe, productive work environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead daily wide format production operations across UV Printing, Lamination, Cutting, and Hardware to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Manage workflow, staffing, and production priorities to meet customer deadlines and maximize productivity.
• Coach, develop, and support team members while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor department performance, labor utilization, and operational metrics to drive results and improve efficiency.
• Partner with Scheduling, Customer Service, Shipping, and other departments to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards for quality, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety throughout the production process.
• Troubleshoot production challenges, remove workflow bottlenecks, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Your Hours

1st Shift; Monday - Friday

You Must Have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of leadership experience in a production, manufacturing, printing, signage, display graphics, or related environment.
• Experience managing labor, schedules, workflow, and production priorities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and production management systems.

We Would Also Prefer

• Experience with wide format printing, UV printing, lamination, cutting equipment, finishing operations, or similar production processes.
• Experience supervising within a wide format graphics, signage, display, or print manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or 5S experience.
• Associate's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field.
