As a Production Supervisor, you will lead the production team and drive high performance, supervising operations in accordance with company policies and directives from the Assistant Production Manager. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production process flow.
• Support training of plant personnel and maintain morale and safety.
• Report operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues.
• Assist with production data entry, report review, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with management to address team concerns.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required; college degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., define problems, and communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills and ability to apply concepts like fractions and percentages.
