Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Austin plant. You will oversee production flow, assist with training, and help maintain morale and safety on the floor.

The role includes reporting issues, supporting data entry and inventory management, and collaborating with production leadership to address partner concerns. Weekend-free schedule is highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Two-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• 2–4 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong math skills including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportional reasoning.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Support overall morale and safety at the location.
• Report operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems as they arise.
• Support production data entry and report review.

UniFirst is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Production Supervisor to join our UniFirst family. As a Production Supervisor, you will be a key player in helping to lead the production team and drive top level performance. In addition to providing supervision in operation of the plant consistent with directives of the AssistantProduction Manager and in accordance with company policies and goals. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday & Sunday off!! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations, and proportions to practical situations
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
