Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

About the Role:

The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing process within the non-durable goods sector. This position is responsible for overseeing production staff, managing workflow, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. The supervisor will implement best practices in safety, quality control, and productivity, fostering a culture of continuous improvement among team members. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and addressing any production issues that may arise. Ultimately, the Production Supervisor is key to driving operational excellence and achieving the company's production goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in non-durable goods.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with production planning and inventory management software.
