Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and supervise employees on the production floor. The role focuses on meeting production goals while maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment.

The compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 with up to an 8% yearly bonus. This position offers medical, dental, vision, 401k, and unlimited PTO as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of production processes and workflow.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold employees accountable.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and improve processes.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment.
