Position Objective
The Production Supervisor is responsible for completing the production schedule efficiently with no safety, food safety issues, or quality deviations, utilizing trained and empowered personnel. The role focuses on four key operational criteria: Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Analysis. Working closely with the Plant Manager, Director of Quality, and Safety Manager, the Supervisor will develop tactics to achieve strategic company goals.
The Supervisor acts as a Team Coach, developing daily and weekly operational plans and supporting tactics to meet departmental goals.
