Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Production team at our Fort Worth, TX facility. This management role carries hands-on responsibility for daily production flow, safety, and meeting productivity targets on a fast-paced shift.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and directing entry-level staff; maintaining inventory control; and enforcing safety policies with emphasis on OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED; Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Preferred: ability to handle physical requirements (bending, stretching, twisting, lifting).
• Preferred: ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Preferred: availability to start within two weeks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on one of our shifts.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements; maintain inventory control.
• Maintain plant safety and train partners on safety policies; ensure OSHA compliance.

This is a management position, with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom line results.
