Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on one of our fast-paced shifts. This role involves hiring, training and directing entry-level production staff, ensuring daily productivity and quality, maintaining inventory, and upholding safety standards in the plant.

As a management position with hands-on responsibility, you will be accountable for daily production flow and bottom-line results while promoting a culture of safety across the location.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct entry-level production associates on assigned shift.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain inventory control and plant safety; train partners on safety policies.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a safety-first culture.
