The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing and at least 1 year in supervision, with a preference for molding and machining experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in production/manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year in supervisory/leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Molding and machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a production team, ensuring they meet production targets and quality standards.
• Allocate tasks and resources to workers, ensuring that equipment, materials, and personnel are used effectively.
• Monitor and enforce quality control processes to maintain product quality and compliance.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
• Train new employees, provide guidance, and facilitate employee development.
• Create and manage production schedules to meet demand.
• Address production issues, equipment malfunctions, and process inefficiencies promptly.
• Maintain production records, track KPIs, and generate reports.
• Monitor and control production costs to stay within budget and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and information.
• Address conflicts within the production team and work toward resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
• Provide leadership to the production team and motivate employees.

Summary Of The Role

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment is required.
• Molding and machining experience preferred.

The final compensation offered to the candidate may be based on geographical location, work experience and/or skill level. Additions to the compensation packing, including but not limited to paid time off, insurance benefits and 401(k) eligibility, will be outlined at the time of the job offer.

Compensation Range

Compensation range: $80,000-$95,000 annually
