Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise production employees to meet safety and output goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment through leadership and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate between production, safety, quality, maintenance, and customer service.
• Direct employees to optimize use of available hours.
• Provide hands-on process expertise to reduce downtime.
• Report daily production information to achieve shift KPIs.
• Take inventory of finished goods and raw materials.
• Diagnose equipment faults and organize repairs within competency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
