Job summary

Cement Recruiter is seeking a Production Manager for its Durkee, OR plant. This role targets an experienced cement production professional and a Production Supervisor ready to advance to broader plant leadership.

The Production Manager will drive safety, quality, and production goals while coordinating across production, maintenance, quality, quarry and shipping teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related field required.
• 5+ years of production supervisory experience in cement or heavy industry.
• Cement manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of production KPIs and operational performance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop employees.
• Strong communication, problem solving and decision making skills.
