Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on one of our shifts.
• Hire, train and supervise entry-level production employees.
• Ensure daily productivity and quality targets are met.
• Maintain inventory control and safety in the plant.
• Train partners on safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Exercise hands-on management to ensure production flow and bottom-line results.
