Salary: 60K - 70K, plus Fill Rate Bonus and Weekly KPI Bonus (up to 60K yearly). Relocation available. Hiring immediately.

Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a dynamic leader for supervising production and line workers. This onsite service and support manager position will be assigned to our Madison, WI location. The role implements workforce management programs and has overall accountability for the performance of Leadpoint’s team in the assigned facility. The supervisor works as a liaison between the facility and Leadpoint’s support personnel.

The responsibilities include program implementation, personnel management, facility operations, customer service and communication across the facility, hiring and recruiting production employees, HR administrative tasks, troubleshooting and resolution of performance issues, data tracking and reporting of individual KPIs, and safety program management.
