Responsibilities

• Builds a positive work environment through clear communication.
• Schedules - assigns indirect and direct employees.
• Monitors production cycles times and processes.
• Assists with processing, troubleshooting and technical repairs.
• Verifies employees are following standard work instructions and procedures.
• Promotes goals and performance standards to all employees.
• Identifies and records problems related to product, process and quality system.
• Initiates actions to prevent nonconformities.
• Controls processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product.
• Communicates company objectives to employees.
• Validates production paperwork and data entry.
• Responsible for on the job training programs.
• Conducts and documents team meetings.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintains goals and action plans.
