Qualifications

• Injection molding experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and train production associates on processing techniques and equipment.
• Assist with robotic automation setup and adjustments.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and machine upkeep.
• Monitor production performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure quality, safety, and production standards are consistently achieved.

We are seeking a hands‑on Night Shift Production Supervisor / Process Technician to join a growing plastics manufacturing operation in Fletcher, Ohio. Schedule

Night Shift (12-hour rotating schedule):

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotating schedule with every other weekend off
• Includes overtime as needed to support production
