We are seeking a motivated and experienced Materials Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Prinsburg MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing raw material management and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position pays between $65,000 - $68,000/year depending on experience.

• Manage resin inventory, including receipt, storage, usage planning, and vendor procurement.
• Coordinate with procurement and accounting to investigate and resolve large variances.
• Lead department team members, facilitating cross-training and ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum of two years of materials or inventory leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Highly organized with strong analytical abilities and the ability to work with mathematical concepts and statistical analysis.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform various tasks in a production environment.
