Job summary

Columbia Tech, a subsidiary of Coghlin Companies, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to coordinate manufacturing activities in a precision light-industrial environment. You will allocate labor and equipment to fulfill production requirements and lead a team to meet demanding goals.

The role emphasizes training, task organization, quality assurance, and collaboration with Engineering to resolve design issues while maintaining a safe, efficient workplace and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of E/M manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory and/or Lead Person experience.
• Strong reading of blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and leadership to direct reports through attitude, action, and superior communication.
• Organize and assign work tasks to personnel to meet production goals.
• Insure products meet designed quality specifications and achieve quality goals.
• Meet production schedule within assigned budget.
• Interface with Engineering to troubleshoot design challenges.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment.
• Provide feedback and performance reviews for assigned personnel.
• Support Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality through process control activities.
