Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing floor operations, ensuring efficient and timely production of goods. The role involves coordinating production activities, planning schedules, and maintaining accurate data records to drive performance.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to quality and safety on the shop floor. This is a full-time on-site position in Longview, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED; further education is a plus.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

Education And Experience Requirements

A minimum of HS graduate/GED. Education beyond the minimum is an added advantage for career development activities.

It is preferred that an individual in this position have attained a minimum of 3-5 years industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry.

Work Environment

• Ability to work in manufacturing facilities and regularly be exposed to varying and extreme temperatures, loud noises, dust, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects and heavy forklift traffic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, stoop, walk and sit for prolonged periods of time during working hours.
