Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. in Nebraska is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production teams, uphold safety and quality, and drive operational efficiency.

You will develop talent, manage performance, coordinate cross-department collaboration, and ensure timely achievement of production goals in a fast-paced beverage packaging environment. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work across shifts; prior supervisory experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Strong communication, team-building, and motivational skills.
• Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and solve problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to work across shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all production personnel and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor processes and equipment to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Organize and adjust work schedules to meet production demands.
• Conduct performance reviews and coach team members for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance operations and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure food safety compliance.
• Participate in facility metrics reporting and support Wis-Pak's strategic goals.
• Enforce safety protocols and respond to incidents with appropriate follow-up.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
