Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings, a division of Westlake, seeks a PVCO Production Shift Supervisor for the Wichita Falls, TX plant. You will lead night operations (7pm–7am on 2/2/3 rotation), ensure safe and efficient manufacturing, and drive quality targets while mentoring production personnel.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a focus on continuous improvement in a heavy manufacturing setting. DOE environment with safety training and shift-based responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing/production environment.
• PVC/PVCO extrusion experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervision experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of production processes and safety practices.
• Familiarity with SAP/SPC or production reporting systems preferred.
