Job Description
As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for the overall performance of your area on the night shift. You play a key role in shaping process excellence in our safety-first & quality-oriented culture.

You Will
- Oversee all facets of your production area to meet productivity, quality, compliance, and safety objectives.
- Supervise team members' daily activities, coordinate work assignments & training, and provide guidance to solve problems and resolve issues.
- Ensure people, parts & processes are effectively functioning, including quality control checks, machine & equipment maintenance, policy & procedure compliance, and team member performance.
- Work alongside the team, filling in during breaks & absences to operate production equipment safely.
- Provide on-the-job training to team members and track training completion.
- Monitor & troubleshoot equipment, making adjustments & repairs to ensure optimal production.
- Collaborate within & across the operation to drive continuous improvement.
You Have:
- Ability to work a night shift schedule: 6:45pm - 7:10am
- Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing production experience, preferably in plastic manufacturing
- Prior experience leading a team, preferably in manufacturing
- Knowledge of GMP & lean manufacturing principles
- Experience using computer programs such as SAP and Excel
