ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Organizes personnel assignments and training to meet daily customer production schedules while maintaining safety and quality requirements
• Perform daily employee performance & attendance management actions
• Assist in developing and orientate new team members
• Drive and lead organizational strategic imperatives and initiatives
• Implement improvement ideas by leveraging team members feedback and suggestions on opportunities
• Assist in developing a culture focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Communicate relevant business information, company policies, and business updates to team members
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and organizational stakeholders

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate Degree Required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted in place of the degree requirement.

EXPERIENCE
5+ Years relevant experience in manufacturing with at least 2+ years of leadership experience
