Job summary

Qualifications

• Post high school education is required.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience; 1–3 years in people management.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to set agendas and use visual aids.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations across multiple departments and shifts.
• Coach and develop a group of employees for maximum productivity.
• Identify and resolve production problems and opportunities.
• Monitor performance and report safety and process metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws; manage costs and department inventory.
• Collaborate with maintenance and safety teams; conduct machine audits.
