Job summary

Super Radiator Coils in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and direct the production team to meet daily goals. This on-site, full-time role requires adapting to varying hours and schedules to support customers and production needs.

You will partner with Sales, Design, Quality, Safety, and Purchasing to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Strong communication, decision-making, and the ability to balance dispatch, labor, and cross-training are essential.

• If further training is needed, must show clear evidence of improvement on specified duty.
• Read and understand drawings, blueprints, and other task related documents.
• Adhere to all safety policies and rules while raising any concerns to direct supervisor or EHS team.

Location

This position will be primarily based out of our Mesa I facility located at 4712 South Ellsworth Road, Mesa, AZ 85212. Though pending business needs could slide to other AZ sites.

• Schedule (Current as of posting, but is subject to change pending business needs)
• On-site**; **Full-time**; **Varying Hours**; Two primary schedules are currently used, though may vary slightly in timing to support production.
• 1st Shift Based: Monday-Thursday, 10.00 hour shift, 05:00AM-03:30PM, also supporting Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday pending business needs.
• 2nd Shift Based: Monday-Thursday, 10.00 hour shift, 03:30PM-02:00AM, also supporting Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday pending business needs.

Position Description

Production Supervisor's primary role within the organization is to coordinate, plan, and direct the production team to achieve production goals. This role has a direct impact on growing the business and developing each individual on their team. This position is on-site, full-time, with hours that can vary outside the standard scheduled hours pending business needs which could include Friday, Saturday, and/or Sundays. This is to best support our customers' needs. Production Supervisors are empowered to navigate trade-offs and expected to make decisions. They are highly responsible in promoting a culture based on safety, quality, core values, productivity, and respect. This role interacts regularly with Sales Engineers, Design, Quality, Safety, and Purchasing to ensure cross-department communication. This role reports to the Production Managers for our Arizona-based operations.
