Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Quincy, Michigan facility. You will lead a team of production associates to meet daily output, quality, and food safety standards.

This role coordinates staffing, line changeovers, monitors KPIs, and ensures GMP, HACCP, safety and sanitation compliance. You will troubleshoot issues with maintenance and coach staff to improve performance and safety.
