Scheduled Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 11:30pm with Saturday's and OT as needed scheduled. Hours are required to cover 1st shift when necessary.

The PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR will supervise employees to maximize safety, quality, and productivity. Key responsibilities include daily production scheduling, lot control, inventory accuracy, reporting, sanitation, housekeeping, and adherence to standard operating procedures. Assures correct preparation of powder (order, weight-outs, etc.). Shared responsibility for new methods e.g. 5 S, standardized work, methods improvements, and computerized weigh-out system.
Overtime, which includes Saturdays, will be required as scheduled based upon individual job responsibilities and the needs of the department.

The minimum compensation for the Production Supervisor is $27.74 per hour. Due to this being a 2nd shift opportunity, the shift differential to be paid for all time worked on 2nd shift is an additional $.50 per hour. The Jel Sert Company is committed to pay transparency and will provide further compensation information during the interview process. Compensation is determined by a candidate’s experience, education, skills, training, and the internal equity within our organization. Actual compensation to be paid will be determined upon an offer.
