Responsibilities

• Supervises daily production operations, plans schedules and assigns tasks to meet objectives.
• Maintains clean work areas and ensures equipment is functional and safe.
• Requests materials and services to support operations.
• Monitors processes to ensure quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leads continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Provides coaching and performance feedback to associates.
• Prepares and analyzes departmental reports for decision-making.
• Supports onboarding and development of associates.
