Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business data.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor daily production activities to meet productivity goals.
• Oversee material handling area and labor.
• Manage performance through motivation, delegation and mentoring.
• Participate in staff selection, evaluations and corrective actions.
• Implement lean principles using 5S, Kaizen, Kanban.
• Ensure safety training and SOPs are maintained.
• Collaborate with safety to conduct investigations and inspections.
