Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, operations management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading or supervising a team in a GMP/regulated setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals.
• Plan production activities, prioritize resources, and adjust staffing to meet schedules.
• Provide visible floor leadership and escalate risks and constraints.
• Coach and develop employees with clear expectations and feedback.
• Foster an inclusive, accountable culture with collaboration and respectful communication.
• Ensure GMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements are followed.
