Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and employee-engagement objectives.
• Plan production activities, establish priorities, assign resources, and adjust staffing or workflow to meet the schedule.
• Provide floor leadership by monitoring operations, resolving issues, and escalating risks as needed.
• Coach and develop employees through clear expectations, feedback, recognition, and performance planning.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, standard work, and waste reduction.
