Job summary

Carboline Global, Inc in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team, ensure product quality, safety, and achievement of production targets.

This role requires strong leadership, ability to manage employee schedules, coach staff, enforce ISO standards, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime while upholding a clean, safe work environment. Growth opportunities exist within a global coatings leader.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals, operating and safety rules.
• Proficiency with computers for company processes and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety regulations and investigate accidents.
• Maintain understanding of emergency response plans for spills and disasters.
• Review time cards and approve hours by 8:30am Monday.
• Ensure production quality and understand production schedules.
• Coordinate with maintenance on equipment downtime and repairs.
• Conduct annual evaluations and train production staff.
• Maintain housekeeping and proper inventory cycle counts.
