Compal, a global leader in design and manufacturing, is expanding its U.S. manufacturing operations in Texas, building a state-of-the-art facility focused on high-performance computing and next-generation server technology.

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead our production team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a server/computer manufacturing environment.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience overseeing 15+ employees.
• Strong balance of quality, productivity, cost, safety, and team morale.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise production staff to meet daily targets.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production activities and staffing.
• Develop and execute production schedules with planning teams.
• Monitor workflow and adjust processes to maintain efficiency.
• Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.
