Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team, ensuring timely and accurate production of finished goods and safe, high-quality output for healthcare providers.

You will monitor performance, sustain 5S practices, and drive continuous improvement using Lean methods, while coordinating resources to meet production schedules and maintain inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP and Catalyst.
• At least 2 years production experience.
• Prior supervisor/leadership experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean tools: 5S, standard work, visual management, waste reduction, Kaizen, root cause problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate product processing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles to reduce waste and costs.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, inventory accuracy and productivity; take corrective actions.
• Sustain 5S workplace organization standards.
• Manage backorder reports and production scheduling; coordinate resources to minimize backorders.
