• Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production teams with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and accountability
• Foster a culture where feedback is constructive, knowledge is shared, and continuous improvement is expected
• Coordinate daily production schedules and priorities to meet customer and operational demands
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to solve problems and drive results
• Monitor production systems, analyze data, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor — setting expectations through action and example
