Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years of supervisory experience in wiring manufacturing or a related field.
HS Diploma or GED.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Office Suite.
Project management experience.
Strong leadership and time management skills.
Full understanding of management approaches for work direction, motivation, talent development, and performance management.

Responsibilities

Improve safety for all personnel on production lines and lead by example.
Drive the team to meet schedules, allocate resources, supervise progress, and resolve line constraint problems.
Run and maintain kitting and supermarket operations.
Operate or assist forklift operations as needed.
Work with manufacturing leads to ensure quality standards and proper usage of checklists.
Implement 5S in the areas and keep the place clean and organized.
Report results through shift production summaries and SAP routing confirmations, detailing production losses.
Perform annual employee performance evaluations.
Support efforts to minimize errors, improve quality, and boost efficiency.
Support continuous improvement projects and digitalization efforts.
